McCartney's Surveying Department is part of a strong independent professional firm established in 1874 that has developed to serve its' clients throughout the West Midlands and Welsh Borders, with pride and expertise.
We offer a comprehensive service for building related matters including:
- House surveys (home buyers survey and valuations and building surveys)
- Planning applications and drawing board design work
- Building regulations and grant application
- Contract administration
- Project management including schedules of works and specification
We also act as expert witnesses in building disputes.
Our Surveying department is spread over a broad area, from Brecon and Builth Wells in the west, to Leominster, Ludlow & Church Stretton in the east and north of our catchment area. Headed by Mr Michael Edwards, a chartered building surveyor, we are able to offer a large range of surveying services to suit most clients' requirements.
