Extension Granted Planning Approval to Residential Dwelling

McCartneys LLP planning and survey department have obtained householder planning approval for the erection of a single storey extension to a rural village cottage. The extension provides a large kitchen diner together with a utility room to the cottage.

The planning department whilst happy with the principle of the extension and with the design prepared by McCartneys did have several stipulations regarding the positioning of the front gable of the extension, to which we negotiated a middle ground which ensured that the use of the building was not adversely affected by their preference.

The application was undertaken and submitted to the council by Lewis Price working from the Kington office of McCartneys.
