Householder Planning Permission Successfully Obtained for Two Extensions and a New Double Garage

McCartneys LLP planning and survey department have obtained householder planning approval for a first floor extension to provide an additional bedroom, a new garden room, and a double garage to a dwelling near to Berriew

The existing dwelling has been added to and altered over time and the proposals provide an improved layout and flow to the dwelling. The proposal alters the site layout to provide a detached double garage and adequate space to get around the building.

The site benefited from the use of our 3D architectural design software, enabling both the client and the planning department to clearly see the proposal and help to understand the layout.
