McCartneys Planning and Survey – New Planning Consultant

The McCartneys Planning and Survey Department are pleased to announce that Matthew Evans has joined our team to further the department.

Matthew joins McCartneys with over 20 years of experience working as a planning consultant in the Mid Wales and the Marches area. Matthew has a wealth of experience in all types of planning applications including residential, commercial, agricultural and rural projects.

Matthew brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience to strengthen and further the Planning and Survey team. With experience from matters relating to core planning work (including pre planning advice and planning appeals), through to Architectural Design, Building Regulations, and Contract Administration, he has already been able to hit the ground running, working closely with the main team.
