Sharon James joins the Brecon Office

After 7 years in recession the signs of recovery in the housing market are much brighter.  With viewing numbers for the first 6 weeks of this year almost doubling the same period last year and a 100% increase on sales there is no doubt that confidence levels are returning.

 

To capitalise on increased activity McCartneys have employed Sharon James to assist Darren Thomas, Partner in charge of the Brecon Office.  Sharon is an experienced estate agent with some 20 years in the industry bringing with her a wealth of knowledge of all property related matters.  Sharon will be specialising in residential sales across all price ranges with a particular knowledge of town and village houses.

The combined experience of Darren and Sharon will allow the office to grow its sales register and deliver a first class service to sellers and buyers alike.
