Miss Layton said she was pleased to become an Associate of such a forward looking LLP who look for young blood to take McCartneys’ rural professional work and markets into the future. Jennifer is the first lady to become an Associate of McCartneys and is believed to be one of only a few who have achieved this distinction in a Rural Practice in the whole country.



Jennifer (28) who is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers carries out a full and diverse range of rural professional work on the Welsh Borders together with her regular weekly market duties at Knighton where she sells store cattle and sheep. She is also Honorary Secretary of the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Association of Agricultural Valuers and Club Leader of Golden Valley YFC thus emphasising McCartneys’ involvement in the wider rural community.
