An ‘Indian Summer’ day ensured a large attendance at the farm dispersal sale at Penyclawdd, Llanbister Road, Llandrindod Wells.
The Knighton Office of McCartneys were instructed by Messrs C.G. and J.G. Gayther to conduct this important auction and the general opinion at the end of the day’s business was that the whole day had been very successful.

The vehicles, implements and other deadstock had been well maintained and serviced by the vendors and this resulted in confident bidding all day long.
