McCartneys Leading SPS Entitlement Auctioneers in Marches

McCartneys LLP have had two highly successful auctions of Single Payment Entitlements on 17th and 27th March 2006 at The Burton Hotel at Kington. Welsh Entitlement has traded between 1.8 and 2.8 times their value and English between 1.4 and 1.8 times value. Highlights from the first auction were:-
Welsh Entitlements
3.5 ha @1267euros sold at £2400 per ha.
3.76 ha @ 368.9 euros sold at £720 per ha
20 ha @ 536.82 euros sold at £910 per ha
50.67ha @ 410 euros sold to £650 per
From the second auction which sold to a total clearance of Welsh and English entitlements the highlights were:-

18.43 ha @ 599.90euros sold at £950 per ha
20 ha @ 662euros sold to £1200 per ha
35 ha @ 403euros sold at £560 per ha

English Standard Entitlements
21.17 ha @284 euros sold at £365 per ha
12.24 ha @ 318 euros sold at £300 per ha

The Deadline for the Transfer of Entitlements (without land) for both Wales & England has been extended to 23rd April 2006.
