The highest Welsh Standard Entitlements of the night which had a value per annum in 2005 of 360.39 euros (£245 per ha) sold at 2.26 times their value at £555 per ha. The same value also sold at £515 (2.1 times their value). Other prices were:
4.96 Welsh Entitlements –294 euros (£201 per ha) Sold for £390 per entitlement (1.94 x)
10 Welsh Entitlements –225 euros (£154 per ha) Sold for £280 per entitlement (1.81 x) 20 Welsh Entitlements –277 euros (£188 per ha) Sold for £360 per entitlement (1.91 x)

One of the highlights of the next 15th January auction includes 6.94 Standard English Entitlements based on a 2005 value of 3016 euros, equating to £2057 par ha and £832 per acre. Enquires to the Knighton Office.
