Hall range of 11 framed bays with projecting gabled cross-wing of 3 framed bays to north-west and 2-storey gabled porch to south-west; C19 kitchen wing at rear to north-east. 2 storeys. Framing: closely spaced uprights with middle rail and long straight tension braces. Hall range jettied on 3 sides, probably under-built in brick to south-west; cross-wing probably has under-built jetty to front too. Central brick ridge stack (lower part with section of triangular projection but top part rebuilt) and integral brick end stack to rear wing. South-west front: ground-floor C19 three-light wooden casement to right; 2-storey gabled porch off-centre to right has jettied first floor with moulded bressumer, first-floor C19 two-light wooden casement, and entrance with 6-panelled door within (lower 2 panels flush and top panels glazed); short catslide roof over staircase outshut to left of porch in angle of cross-wing with C19 two-light wooden landing window and small basement window; cross-wing to left with C19 two-light- wooden casement on each floor. First-floor C19 two-light wooden casement in right-hand gable end and to rear of cross-wing. Interior: ground- floor room to right has chamfered cross-beamed ceiling with ogee stops, chamfered dragon beams, and large plain joists; large open fireplace with early C19 surround and cast iron range; chamfered beams in cross- wing.
