    I am so often asked how we differ from the online offering.

    My response is such that for tech savvy individuals the online option is attractive. Cost is a huge factor for many people however more often than not we see people who have paid and are having to pay again for a ‘true’ high street agent. The incentive for the online agent is building stock and their brand presence, their fees are paid up front so you question where is their motivation following taking your money to sell for you? They have been paid and listed your property – now what?

    McCartneys are very pleased to announce the successful completion of the Three Peaks 24 Hour Challenge by their team where during one of the hottest weekends recorded this year the three mountains of Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon were scaled within the set time limit of 24 hours. Whilst the challenge was no mean feat most importantly a fantastic £4,031 was raised for the British Heart Foundation, McCartneys’ chosen charity of the year.

The social media campaign aims to provide an insight to consumers of the hard work and dedication which goes on behind the scenes in producing consumers food before it reaches the supermarket shelves. The event, which runs from 5am Thursday 9th August to 5am Friday 10th August, aims to reach over 112 million people and promote British agriculture.
