As our mission statement highlights ‘people matter’. I believe it is essential to ensure buyers and sellers are provided with an enjoyable journey and experience when selling or buying a property. This mirrored with all clients across all sectors of our business.
Good practice sets us apart. Estate agency regulations have changed dramatically over the past few years and as Members of NAEA Propertymark we meet higher industry standards than the law demands. We undertake regular training to ensure we are at the forefront of developments in the industry.
Our staff have good local knowledge, expertise and experience. An ongoing training programme is provided for all staff to ensure we are well versed to the most current regulations.
