Almost two million pounds worth of property sold at the Manor!

More auction success at Hogarths Stone Manor Hotel, Kidderminster was achieved again last night with a staggering £1,743,000worth of property sold on the evening.

From the very start the atmosphere in the room was electric with a full house of optimistic bidders coming from near and far generating a real flurry of excitement with multiple bidders adding to the buzz around the room.

The following lots were sold under the hammer -

Probably the most exciting lot of the evening was Wescott, Trimpley Lane, Shatterford which after a flood of bids managed to soar easily past its guide price of £325,000 - £375,000 to reach a very healthy £434,000.

Other lots were Alton Cottage, Callow Hill, Kidderminster which sold for £230,000, Overwood, Rock sold for £326,000, Witchthorn, Patchetts Lane, Bewdley sold for £270,000, Lakeside Barn, Hartlebury sold for £299,000 and Lea Bank Avenue far exceeded its higher guide price at £184,000. Both Church Avenue, Stourport and Load Street, Bewdley were sold prior to auction.
