A much better show of spring lambs in terms of numbers to follow the best trade of last week in any centre. It was also a top quality show throughout with the quality on display a credit to Vendors. The lambs were generally benefitting from a bloom off the red soil. The trade was up on the Monday’s trading with a real bite in proceedings. The better end of the lambs were a real trade with smalls up on the day and the week. The best lambs sold to £2.13ppk and £100.11 from PJ+TA Jones, Tyisaf.

We again reiterate the need for larger lamb entries every week going forward to meet the buyer demand for these top specification lambs.
