The trade on the Hoggetts was again up on the week as predicted. There was again a distinct premium for the best end of the Hoggs within the desired handy weight spectrum. Heavy Hoggs met a similar trade on the week reaching the magic £100 mark on a regular basis. It is again reiterated that we need a larger weekly entry to meet buyer demand with the number forward today getting closer to that required by our valued customer base. Follow our predictions through the week via social media and the website and we hope for another fast trade and a larger entry next week. The SQQ average of £2.10ppk and the overall average of £2.00ppk is very encouraging.
