Conducting Property Viewings Safely

As an agent we are adhering strictly to the Government guidelines and that of our governing body in relation to conducting viewings safely. The safety of our staff, our Vendors and indeed prospective buyers is absolutely paramount.

In the main 95% of those viewing are happy to adhere to wearing wearing face covering and gloves and to sign a declaration to acknowledge the guidelines - however:
