Domestic Workshop Granted Planning Approval in Herefordshire Village

McCartneys LLP planning and survey department have obtained householder planning approval for the erection of a domestic workshop at a residential property in a Herefordshire village location. The workshop will provide adequate space to undertake domestic DIY projects and maintenance to equipment.  The workshop has a roller shutter access for larger equipment, and can be also used as storage space for domestic equipment such as lawn mowers etc. 

The application went straight through the planning process with no hold ups, and allows the client to proceed with the development, subject to complying with Building Regulations.

The application was undertaken and submitted to the council by Lewis Price working from the Kington Office of McCartneys.
