Extension Granted Planning Approval to a Rural Residential Dwelling

McCartneys LLP planning and survey department have obtained householder planning approval for the erection of a first floor rear extension to a small welsh cottage. The extension provides a master bedroom suite to the first floor of the property and removes an unsightly shallow pitch roof to the rear of the property.

The application went straight through the planning process with no hold ups, and has allowed the applicants to progress swiftly to the next stage of obtaining. McCartneys LLP have also prepared detailed building regulations, drawings and notes for the scheme in order to satisfy Building Control requirements and allow the applicants to obtain quotes off builders for the proposal.

The application was undertaken and submitted to the council by Geraint Jones working from the Welshpool Office of McCartneys. The parish and local council were keen to support the application, which is always positive to see, and thus helping to support the farming community in this area.
