Extensions and Alterations Granted Planning Approval to Provide Annex Accommodation to a Rural Dwelling

McCartneys LLP planning and survey department have obtained householder planning approval for the erection of a ground and first floor rear extension together with internal alterations to a rural dwelling. The extension provides annex accommodation to the main dwelling, comprising three bedrooms, two bathrooms together with open plan living accommodation.

The application went straight through the planning process with only the planning officer only wishing for minor changes to be made to the external appearance of the proposal. This has allowed the applicants to progress swiftly to the next stage of obtaining Building Regulations consent. McCartneys LLP have prepare detailed building regulations, drawings and notes for the scheme in order to satisfy Building Control requirements and allow the applicants to obtain quotes off builders for the proposal.
