Farmyard Redevelopment Scheme Granted Full Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent

Fri 23 March 2018

McCartneys LLP planning and survey department have obtained full planning approval and listed building consent for the redevelopment of a farmyard to the South East of Worcester.

A farmyard redevelopment scheme was undertaken which included, the conversion of 3 traditional agricultural buildings into detached dwellings and the erection of 4 new dwellings within the curtilage of the site. The site received positive pre planning application advice prior to the development of a detailed scheme, and McCartneys undertook detailed consultations with the planning officer and the local conservation officer to ensure the success of the application. The local council were keen to support the planning application with the site providing houses to the local area and providing in fill development.

The application was undertaken and submitted to the council by Geraint Jones and Lewis Price working from the Kington Office of McCartneys. If you have any projects which you would like to discuss further then please contact Geraint on 01544 230316 or geraint.jones@mccartneys.co.uk
