A recent Mid Wales Fine & Country Exhibition took place in a world renowned Park Lane, London office. I was delighted to be able to attend the event with colleagues from across McCartneys 4 regions where we were able to gain first hand experience of the Park Lane office, with direct contact with perspective purchasers and overseeing how these leads feed through to our local offices.
It was inspiring to see properties which we are dealing with directly, prominently displayed in the office window in Park Lane and this I feel puts us in at a huge advantage over our competitors when marketing properties from the upper quartile of the U.K. property market.
