Fine & Country is delighted to announce its fifth consecutive win at the International Property Awards 2013 for ‘Best Real Estate Agency Marketing UK’.

Despite being in just its 11th year, the Fine & Country brand have grown from strength to strength, surpassing long established estate agencies with its innovative use of tailored marketing tools and approach to lifestyle marketing. The awards, sponsored by Virgin Atlantic, Gaggenau and Yamaha, mark the end to an incredible year for Fine & Country, having opened 22 new offices in just 12 months throughout the UK and Europe.
Not only retaining this fantastic 5 year reign, Fine & Country Homes from McCartneys won their category in Best Real Estate Agency for Mid Wales, with associates Zoe Herbert and Chris Rees in attendance to collect the impressive accolade. The International Property Awards ceremony and gala banquet took place at The Grosvenor House Hotel on Friday 18th October. Now in its 19th year, the awards are billed as being the property industry's most prestigious programme. No other estate agency has won such a prolific award 5 years in a row, making history within the industry. Leading the way in the luxury sector, Fine & Country are now positioned as one of the most innovative and successful luxury brands in the UK.
