With 550 lots forward for the August sale and over 90% sold, it was a fantastic sale.
With over 100 people in the sale room and over 300 registered bidders on the two online bidding platforms plus commission bids and telephone bidders.

Star lot – Lot number 278 – A William Moorcroft Florian Ware Vase – sold £1,750.00

Boxed items, particularly dinner and tea services sold well from £100.00 -£190.00.

We were fortunate to have received from one vendor some excellent examples of ‘Art-Nouveau’ items including Bohemian Iridescent glass sold at:

An Arts and Crafts mantle clock – Lot 216 - £820.00
An Art Nouveau copper photograph frame – Lot 218 - £460.00
An Art Nouveau copper box by John Pearson – Lot 220 - £800.00
Moorcroft table lamp – Lot 483 - £140.00
Pair of Moorcroft table lamps – Lot 487 - £190.00
A collection of Lladro figures topped at £420.00 for Lot 156
Two longcase clocks with 8 day movements sold at £240.00 and £260.00 (Lot 477 and 478)
In the picture section a ‘Beryl Cook’ signed ‘Strip Poker’ print sold for £200.00 – Lot 512.
