And it really has been…

For Phipps & Pritchard with McCartneys Kidderminster Office the title certainly rings true. It really has a very busy but productive few weeks at the Kidderminster Office.

 

The Negotiators have arranged 172 viewings and taken 37 offers over a 3 week period. Turning round 15 New Instructions between 1st & 21st June and tying up 18 sales within the same period.

In the previous month of May a staggering 331 viewings were arranged with 21 agreed sales. The Council of Mortgage Lenders have reported that Gross mortgage lending was up in May by 21% from April, a 17% increase on May last year. This is clearly building confidence and activity in house purchase is moving in the right direction.

With another 5 completions set for the last week of June we hope that July follows suit.

The Office is once again ‘buzzing’ always apparent when we have an auction coming up. The next auction being held Wednesday 10th July at The Best Western Stone Manor Hotel, Kidderminster at 6pm where we have 6 lots.
