If there’s one thing I love about my job then it’s the variety of properties and people I get to see and meet on a daily basis. The property attracted buyers of all ages, from all parts of the UK, and we thoroughly enjoyed the interesting conversations whilst conducting viewings. Our client opted to use the modern method of auction, due to the potential and condition of the property, and the auction ended this week -almost £50,000 in excess of the starting bid. A result which we’re all very proud of.

On the other hand, this week we listed a most impressive, architect designed country house, set in 5 acres of grounds with a heated swimming pool and an abundance of modern fittings and features, not to mention the spectacular views.
