Full Planning Permission Granted for Replacement Dwelling

McCartneys LLP planning and survey department have obtained full planning permission for the replacement of an existing rural cottage.

Following an approach by a local farmer, McCartneys LLP were instructed to help undertake the refurbishment and replacement of an existing cottage, full planning permission was submitted for a replacement dwelling which included increasing the floor area of the building from 90 sqm up to 150 sqm. This included both the increase in width and height compared to the original building.
