Full Planning Permission Successfully Obtained for a Barn Conversion into an Unrestricted Residential Dwelling near to Brecon

McCartneys LLP planning and survey department have obtained full planning approval for the conversion of a traditional barn into a residential dwelling in a rural setting near to Brecon.

The proposal converts a traditional barn into a four bedroom dwelling with attached building providing additional amenity space for a wide range of uses. Part of the proposal also included the demolition of a single skin block section and replacement with a timber and glazed structure to form a garden Room.

The proposal received positive appraisal from the council during the submission, with no major issues identified only minor additional information requested.

The proposal benefited from our 3D architectural design software enabling both the client and the planning department to clearly see the proposal with its context.
