Full Planning Permission Successfully Obtained for a New Agricultural Building on a Farmland near to Aberhafesp

McCartneys LLP planning and survey department have obtained full planning approval for a new general purpose agricultural building on farmland near to Aberhafesp.

The proposal provides a general purpose agricultural building on a parcel of land separate from the main farmstead and lacking any form of buildings. This will prove vital for the farmers and help reduce the transportation of fodder and machinery.  

The proposal received positive appraisal from the council during the submission, and importantly included for several new trees and native hedgerows to help blend the building into its setting.

The site benefited of use of our 3D architectural design software, enabling both the client and the planning department to clearly see the proposal and help to understand the layout.
