Happiest Place to Live!!

A recent survey commissioned by Rightmove shows that Llandrindod Wells is the ‘happiest place’ to live in Wales. Based upon the opinions of those living within the town the survey asked “how content people are with their own homes and how it is decorated plus how friendly are the neighbours and how safe they feel in their local community”. The Spa town came 19th in the overall rankings for Britain, with Cardiff, the Welsh Capital, coming in at 54th.

Llandrindod Wells is indeed a beautiful town with its historic core of Victorian buildings, the fabulous Lake, Rock Park and architectural remnants highlighting its Spa heyday. It has access to some of the most picturesque countryside in the region providing unrivalled walking, riding and fishing. Within a short drive of these Radnorshire Hills are the Wye Valley, Elan Valley and Brecon Beacons National Park.

Another reason to be happy is if you’ve just purchase your new home within Llandrindod Wells.
