Householder Planning Approval Successful Obtained for a New Domestic Storage Building and Enlargement to Residential Curtilage

McCartneys LLP planning and survey department have obtained householder planning approval for the erection of a new domestic storage building and the enlargement of the residential curtilage.

The proposal received positive appraisal from the council during the submission, with the biodiversity enhancements included as required by a new SPG. The size of the residential curtilage increase was carefully chosen and agreed to not appear excessive compared to the original curtilage. The site benefited from the use of our 3D architectural design software, enabling both the client and the planning department to clearly see the proposal and to help understand the layout.
