Householder Planning Permission Successfully Obtained for a Side Extension

McCartneys LLP planning and survey department have obtained householder planning approval for a side extension on a dwelling in Presteigne.

The existing dwelling is of modest scale and the approved extension provides a useful utility room, ground floor WC and additional first floor bathroom.

The site benefited from the use of our 3D architectural design software, enabling both the client and the planning department to clearly see the proposal and help to understand the layout.
