This morning Jenny Layton Mills has been out in mid-Wales to see how a water burst has affected a farmer’s pasture field.

Jenny will now submit a claim for loss of grazing, re-instatement and disturbance costs, on behalf of the farmer. Her cost will be met by the utility company. It also saves the farmer time as he can get on with his work rather than dealing with the utility company.
