It has been a very buoyant start to the year

With 69% of our database able to proceed there has been positive activity in the viewings and offers being arranged and dealt with at our Kidderminster office. 

 

In January alone we arranged 265 viewings and received over 50 offers.  This was a 9% increase on January 2014.

February has again exceeded expectations with a staggering 12 sales being agreed in the first 11 days of the month.
