The Stourport Office of Phipps & Pritchard with McCartneys were favoured with instructions from developer's Oakham Construction Ltd to offer for sale Pear Tree House in the North Worcestershire village of Hartlebury at the very start of this year.

The property went under offer almost immediately and the sale has now successfully completed.
