Jacobs hit 700 Guineas at Worcester's Annual Society Sale

The Jacob Sheep Society's annual sale at Worcester met with an impressive trade.

Clive Richardson's Border Flock took Top honours with Shearling Ram 'Border Flash II' at 700gns, sired by Knowlton Kynaston, and purchased by R & L Wilson, Aspatria, Cumbria. The Ram was placed 5th in the morning's strong Breeding Ram class judged by Mrs P Baker, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. Taking second slot was JG Strong's, Shearling Ram 'Elmley Beefy' sired by Elmley Dakota, the hammer fell to M. Brown, Horncastle, Lincolnshire at 600gns.
