Our Long Leasehold Property Management Department currently manages a portfolio of over 70 sites across the Worcestershire and Shropshire, ranging from housing estates to blocks of apartments, Listed Buildings to new purpose built blocks or conversions with managed facilities including gated entries, swimming pools or tennis courts.

Specialising in Estate and Service Charge Management and maintenance, we endeavour to provide the best possible service without the need for regular or unnecessary increases in your Service Charge contribution.

Our Unique Management Package offers our clients the opportunity to reduce their costs whilst receiving a high level of service all for a reasonable Management Fee and being regulated by the ‘Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors’, you know that you are in safe hands.

The main objective of our department is to provide the residents of the sites we manage with a local, friendly and effective service where their needs are heard and considered. Furthermore, our Standard Management Package can easily be adapted to fit the needs of the most unique or specialised developments.

In addition to our Management Service, we are also able to offer Lease Extension Valuations for an extremely competitive fee. This allows for any persons wishing to extend their lease to have the confidence to negotiate the premium for their extended term with the comfort and knowledge that they are not paying over the odds.
