Conditions of Entry

All entries must be submitted in writing by Wednesday 27th November 2019 at 5.00pm to the Secretary.  

No late entries or entries on the day will be accepted!

The Committee and Stewards reserve the right to change/amalgamate classes as they see fit on or before the show date.

All prize money will be forwarded with remittance sale cheques.

Regarding classes 9 and 12, passports will be checked to establish purchase of the animal by the vendor selling the animal/s.

All animals (sheep or cattle) can only be entered in ONE class.

All vendors of show animals must have traded with McCartneys on a minimum of three occasions during 2019.
