STORE CATTLE
GRAZING COWS: A good selection of O.T.M’s on offer met with a strong trade. Cows topped at £905.00 or 152.0p/kg to average £680.00 or 121.0p/kg. Many more cows needed for this section on the 13th April.
FEEDING BULLS: A solid trade for the bulls on offer. All types and sorts found new homes, with more needed for the next sale on 13th April. Feeding bulls reached £1055.00 or 300.0p/kg to average £785.00 or 211.0p/kg.
HEIFERS: Some excellent runs of continental grazing heifers sold to a good trade as spring hopefully gets under way. Heifers sold to £1100.00 or 273.0p/kg to average £750.00 or 202.0p/kg. More needed for the next sale on Friday 13th April.
STEERS: Steers again sold to a good trade. Lots of native types in this weeks sale which topped the sale at £1245.00 or 274.0p/kg to average £896.00 or 206.0p/kg. More steers will be required for 13th April.
