A good show of cattle on offer met with a good solid trade. Please note that DEFRA need five working days to issue a movement licence.

FEEDING BULLS: Some good young bulls on offer topping at £810.00 or 207.0p/kg. HEIFERS: A really good selection of heifers being mainly beef bred. They peaked at £1195.00 or 218.0p/kg to an average of £895.00 or 191.0p/kg.

STEERS: As with the heifers these were mainly strong sorts with buyers competing from start to finish. Steers reached £1190.00 or 230.0p/kg and averaged £945.00 or 199.0p/kg. NEXT ORANGE SALE: FRIDAY 16th FEBRUARY 2018: More needed in all sections for the next sale. Please allow plenty of time for DEFRA to grant a movement licence.
