Makes The Work You Do Worthwhile!

As we have written about before, Client Testimonials are very important for any business in this day and age and are used in a multitude of ways.

They help businesses analyse performance in order to improve the quality of their products or services and they can also be used to share the experiences of previous clients to potential new ones, but it is the following use that we want to share with you today.

Everybody likes praise, regardless of whatever form it comes in and for whatever reason it is given, but we believe that praise for Customer Service has to rank amongst the very highest that you can receive.

As we all know buying or selling your home can be one of the most stressful times in your life and the ability of an estate agent to build up a trustworthy relationship with vendors and purchasers is paramount to a successful outcome. Praise for this success when it comes along, without doubt, makes the work you do a whole lot more enjoyable and therefore many congratulations must go to Darren Thomas and his team at the Brecon Property Office and especially to Sharon James for the following testimonial recently received.

They have had many testimonials over the years but this recent one has been picked out for the detail in which the purchaser goes into to describe their gratitude for the service received –

“We haven't moved very often (just a couple of times) the last one was approx. 20 years ago so we don't really have any comparisons, so I have no idea how excellent the service from you was, but I do know it was excellent!

I think, during the course of the purchase, that we must have dealt with everyone in your office and the response to everything was always professional, polite and friendly all at the same time which isn't an easy balance to strike.

I have to comment on how fabulous Sharon was during the process which at times I found incredibly stressful. Whilst I knew that your responsibility is to the vendor I always felt as if Sharon was there to help us as much as possible and whilst I know you must have had many other clients at the same time, I felt that I could make contact with her whenever I needed to and her empathy and communication skills were second to none.

She was able to give sensible advice and if anything was required to expediate the process she was on it immediately. I truly felt that I could rely fully on her and trusted her implicitly.

Furthermore, her approach was very motivational and she certainly helped me to try to keep positive when things felt difficult, if not, at one point impossible!

Through all of this she remained very professional even when having to give some very difficult messages.

She is a real asset to your company and I would happily recommend McCartneys to anyone who asked me.
