As Wyre Forests leading Independent Estate Agent like anyone we like to measure success however this is really only the tip of the iceberg to what people see.

It was interesting to stumble across an article in The Telegraph about finding the right estate agent which re-iterates the elements behind a successful brand.

"find an agent with local market knowledge, a recognisable quality brand, prominent high-street office and good local reputation. And beware agents who simply employ people on commission to get listings because they are more likely to overvalue, forcing you to reduce the price later."
