This well respected award is not only a nationally-recognised industry qualification but is also an entry requirement of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) – the UK’s leading professional body for estate agents which regulates, guides and assists property sales professionals.
Tom Carter, partner in charge of both the Welshpool and Newtown offices says: “We could not be more proud of Jamie, Tanya and Bethan’s achievement. We strongly believe Welshpool and Newtown vendors and buyers will vote with their feet in support of an agency that is staffed by hard-working property professionals of intelligence and integrity.”
Jamie, Tanya and Bethan are amongst the steadily growing number of agents across the UK who are working with NAEA and the NFoPP to become qualified and raise standards within their field.
Elizabeth Richards, Head of Legal and Policy at the National Federation of Property Professionals states: “I heartily congratulate Jamie, Tanya and Bethan on their achievement and am pleased to welcome them to NAEA membership. In an industry where standards can vary greatly between member and non-member agents and agencies, obtaining this Award represents not only their dedication to developing as an agent but also their commitment to working to the high industry standards which the NAEA seeks to promote”.
They will all now go on to further qualifications, with Jamie undertaking his Technical Award in Commercial Property Agency and Tanya & Bethan studying for their Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management, allowing them to become members of the Institution of Commercial and Business Agents (IBCA) and the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA).
