Pre Planning Application Consultation - Change of Use of Land to Static Caravan Park

McCartneys Planning and Survey Department are currently undergoing a pre planning application consultation for the expansion of a Mid Wales caravan park.
Since the 1st August 2016 all major developments in Wales are required to undergo the consultation process prior to making a formal planning application, with a view of streamlining the planning process by having the ability to address any concerns prior to this point.
The proposed expansion of Fir View Caravan Park will see the siting of on additional 54 static caravans, improvements to existing site access, creation of internal road layout, landscaping parcels and installation of a package treatment plant.
