The British Berrichon Sheep Society’s inaugural Show and Sale at Worcester attracted a strong following and keen interest culminating in a record price of a female at 1450gns. The shearling ewe from RG Elliott & Son’s Northamptonshire based flock had won second prize in the preceding show and after keen brisk bidding was secured by Windrush Farming Partners, Bourton on the Water, Glos.
