Review of the Wyre Forest Property Market

Property prices in Wyre Forest have seen quite an increase since Christmas and in general would be at least 5% up. Like the rest of the country we witnessed a real spike for transactions in the market in the run up to 1 April 2016 with buyers rushing to exchange contracts before the Government introduced changes to the Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) system for buyto-let purchases and also second homes.
