We welcomed a packed room on Tuesday 15th November 2016 at The Salwey Arms for McCartneys final property and land auction of 2016. After a very successful year of auctions we were keen to go out on a high!

We offered three lots, with each property requiring total refurbishment, in varying areas from a semidetached cottage in Bockleton, Nr Tenbury Wells to a detached cottage with land in Wentnor, Nr Bishops Castle to a stone farmhouse and buildings in Newchurch, Nr Kington. The properties had been marketed for approximately the last six weeks in McCartneys offices in Tenbury Wells, Kington and Knighton respectively.
