Site Granted Full Planning Permission for a Grain Storage Building

McCartneys Planning and Survey department have obtained full planning permission for the erection of a new grain storage building to further develop and provide extra needed capacity on a local farm.

 

Following an approach by the client, Oscar prepared plans for the site, which also included obtaining Heritage Impact Assessment and Archaeology reports / investigations. The scheme falls within the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (ANOB) where planning matters are more stringent today and more care and attention is needed.
