Site Granted Outline Planning Permission for 3 Dwellings on an Infill Plot

McCartneys LLP planning and survey department have obtained outline planning approval for the erection of 3 dwelling on an infill plot in a town location.

Following an approach by the client, McCartneys LLP Planning and Survey Department prepared plans for the site, which included for 3 new dwelling on an infill plot. The scheme sees the overall improvement to the footpath route to the south of the site. The design of the site was heavily influenced by the local area, with all the dwellings to be single or 1 ½ storey in height.
