Site Granted Reserved Matters Planning Permission for an Agricultural Workers Dwelling

McCartneys LLP planning and survey department have obtained reserved matters planning approval for the erection of an agricultural workers dwelling on a farm near to Llandrindod Wells

The outline planning application was undertaken and submitted to the council by Geraint Jones back in 2016, and once planning approval was obtained, the scheme was further developed with the client to provide a detailed scheme with floor plans and elevations for a dwelling to suit their requirements. The parish and local council were keen to support the application, which is always positive to see, and thus helping to support the farming community in this area.
