The 75th anniversary of VE Day

Today we commemorate the 75th anniversary of VE Day, 75 years since the end of the Second World War in Europe. We reflect on how people stood together at the time of a National Crisis, poignant as we stand here today in the midst of our own National crisis.

Today we will join the Nation and toast to the incredible Heroes of World War II. Their selflessness and courage ensured we can enjoy the freedom we have today.
